The following recipes is Shrimp Bakwan . Shrimp Bakwan can be eaten as a side dish with rice can also as a snack. Ingredients that required to make are:
150 grams of small shrimp, cleaned
1 carrot, thinly sliced length
1 egg, beaten
2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
350 ml water
200 grams flour
Oil for frying
While the flavor is smoothed:
3 red onions
1 clove garlic
1 cm turmeric
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Flavoring, if desired

How to make Shrimp Bakwan are:
Mix eggs, flour, water and spices until blended, put carrots, scallions, and shrimp and stir until blended. Then heat the oil, pour 1 tablespoon vegetable shrimp bakwan batter , fried with a lot of oil until cooked and golden browned, remove and drain, then serve. (For 8 pieces)
