Usually the curry dishes are made using only the meat, like chicken, beef or goat.
But this time we tried to make curry recipes using bamboo shoots and quail eggs.
The ingredients used are:

500 grams of young bamboo shoots, cleaned, thinly sliced.
250 grams of beef, cleaned and thinly sliced lengthwise
15 quail eggs, boiled until cooked, raise and peel skin.
1 bunch leaf melinjo
700 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut
1 stalk lemongrass, ground / crushed
1 salam leaf
2 tablespoons cooking oil.


As for the mashed ingredients: 6 pieces red onion 10 red chilies 4 pieces of hazelnut 1 cm ginger ground / crushed 1 piece galangal, ground / crushed Salt to taste.


Now let's make it:
First heat the oil, saute the spice paste until fragrant.
Then enter the lemongrass, salam leaves, add the bamboo shoots, beef, quail eggs, and salt,
Stir, then enter the leaf melinjo coconut milk and cook until cooked, raise and serve.
