Our first Cooking collection of recipes in Indonesia is the cuisine of the island of Bali with a Balinese Cooking Duck. Now we will create a dish of duck in the Indonesian language is called Bebek Goreng Bali.

2 bay leaves
2 pieces of orange leaves

500 ml water

The spices that are crushed:
3 cm ginger
2 cm kencur
3 cm galangal
8 cloves of garlic
1 tea spoon of shrimp paste fried
1 / 2 tea spoon of coriander
1 tea spoon of pepper seeds
1 tea spoon of granulated sugar
2 tea spoon of salt


How do I make it, let's look together :
Rub the duck pieces with spice paste, leave on for 3 hours in refrigerator.
Heat oil, enter the ducks, salam leaves, lime leaves and serai. Stirring until the ducks change color.
Add water, cook with small of fire until the duck meat is tender. Pick up, let cool.
Heat oil and fry the duck with a medium of fire until golden browned. Pick up, drain and serve.
