One of the typical Indonesian food is the Satay. Satay has been known by the all levels of society. This time we will make Satay made from chicken meat.

3 red onions
3 cloves garlic
3 pieces of red chilli
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
5 pieces of hazelnut
1 / 4 kg of peanuts, fried
1 citrus lime
Sweet soy sauce to taste
Brown sugar to taste
Salt to taste
As for the ingredients other than just using the sauce alone, we can also flavor with peanut sauce.
How to make peanut sauce for satay is:
Deseeded red chilli, crushed, set aside.
Hazelnut, peanut, onion, sugar paste, then heat the cooking oil to taste, then enter the spice paste,
