Eggplant easily found, and the price was accessible. Eggplant can be eaten raw but can also prepared with seasonings.
In the food recipes, that we will create here is  an  Soy Sauce
Eggplant. The ingredients to be provided are:

5 pieces of purple eggplant, cut lengthwise into 2 pieces, then cut oblique
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 red onions, thinly sliced
50 ml water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 / 2 red tomatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
3 tablespoons cooking oil
200 ml oil for frying



Let's follow how to make it:
Fry eggplant in hot oil until wilted, remove and drain, then set aside. Then heat oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, then added tomatoes, water, soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper, stirring until blended. Enter the eggplant, stirring until the spices absorbed, remove and serve.
