One of Indonesian traditional cake is cake Serabi. This cake can be eaten with or without gravy. But in this recipe, I will complete it with the sauce.
Ingredients required are :

600 ml coconut milk from half coconut
250 grams of wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
1 / 2 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon oil



While the ingredients to make sauce or gravy is:
1 liter coconut milk
400 grams of brown sugar, chopped fine
100 grams granulated sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
4 pieces of pandan leaves, bunch


Want to know how to make it, let's consider the following steps:
Boil coconut milk until boiling. Remove, stir, leave until warm.
Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and eggs. Pour 250ml coconut milk, bit by bit, stirring until blended.
Add remaining coconut milk, baking soda, and vinegar. stir with wire beater until not lumpy. Leave for 30 minutes. Heat the muffin mold made of clay, basting with oil.
Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable mixture and allow it to with holes. Close the mold and cook until done. Lift.
