Beside rich with the sea, Indonesia is also famous for its diversity of plants or crops, like fruits. In Indonesia, this type of cuisine that is produced from a mixture of fruit or it could be between a mix of vegetables and fruits called Rojak. In Indonesia the following collection of recipes will present Rujak. There are various kinds of Rojak, Gohu Rojak one originating from the region of North Sulawesi. The ingredients required are:

500 grams of half-ripe papaya, cut wide and somewhat thin as usual make a fruit rojak.
400 ml water
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons salt

As for the flavor that is refined:
3 pieces of curly red chili
4 large red peppers
2 cm ginger
75 grams sugar
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1 teaspoon salt
Let's joint to make Gohu Rojak  :
Rub papaya with salt, then washed clean. Set aside
Cook the water with the spice paste to boiling, remove, allow to cool. After that mix with the vinegar, stirring until blended. Enter the papaya and stir well. Leave for 1 hour until the spices absorbed and serve.
