In a collection of Indonesian food recipes this time, we will create dishes  Lodeh Vegetables. Lodeh Vegetables can be eaten with rice, there are also be served with rice cake so called vegetable rice cake.
Ingredients to make Lodeh Vegetables  are:

 
250 grams of beef
750 ml of water to boil
100 grams young jackfruit, cut into pieces
100 grams tempe, cut into pieces
1 piece of banana that has been peeled, split into 2 parts
1 piece of ginger about the size of your thumb
2 pieces of bay leaves
1 fruit squash, peeled and cut into pieces
500 ml coconut milk
50 grams beans, cut into approximately 3 cm
2 teaspoons shrimp paste that have been burned
12 pieces of green pepper, cut into oblique
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon flavoring


As for spices that are mashed:
4 pieces red onion
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons dried shrimp, soaked and drained
2 teaspoons coriander
1 cm galingale



For clarity, let's follow how it's done:
First, boiled beef until padded, remove and cut into pieces. Cook is back with fire.
