Curry dishes usually use meat as a basic ingredient, such as chicken, beef or goat. But in the collection of Indonesian food recipes this time, we will make a curry recipe using the tofu. Tofu can be found on the market or supermarket.
The ingredients used are :


10 pieces tofu
2 cloves garlic
5 pieces of red onion
1 piece curcuma of approximately 2cm
2 slices ginger of approximately 2cm
1 / 4 teaspoon cumin
1 / 4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon coriander
3 pieces of red chilli
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed coarse
2 pieces of sliced ​​tomatoes, sliced
Cloves to taste
1 liter coconut milk
2 lime leaves
Salt to taste

Let's follow the steps to make curry Tofu:
First of all, cut tofu into 6 parts square, half-baked and then fried, do it until the end, set aside.
The next step, crushed onion, curcuma, ginger, cumin, nutmeg, coriander, red chilli and pepper, then sauteed until fragrance, put tomatoes, lime leaves and lemongrass,  and cook until wilted, then put tofu, mix well.
The last step, pour the coconut milk, add salt to taste and leave it to boiling, remove and serve.
