The steps to create this recipes is as follows:
The first step is made tofu of eggs. Beat 4 eggs with pepper powder and salt, then add tofu then fried dough at a time until cooked and set aside.
The second step is to make the peanut sauce. Blend all ingredients, mix well and add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, mix well, set aside.
The last step, set tofu fried egg on top of a serving dish, sprinkle with bean sprouts and then flush with peanut sauce, then sprinkle with fried onions and celery leaves.
