The name of this cake heard rather odd, that is cakes cucur, but this cake really is Indonesian traditional cake. This cake is usually be found in traditional markets. Ingredients that needed to make the cake cucur is:
 300 ml water
175 grams brown sugar
3 pieces pandan leaves
175 grams of rice flour
70 grams flour
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Oil for frying
