Our cake recipe this time is one of Indonesia's traditional cake called Mud Cake. Ingredients that needed to make mud cakes are:


75 grams margarine
250ml water
150 grams of wheat flour
100 grams granulated sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
6 eggs chicken
450 ml coconut milk
100 grams raisins
A young coconut, dredging the meat thinly.


Let's see how it's done:
First, cook with water until melted margarine. Add flour, stirring until blended. Add salt, sugar, and vanilla, stirring until blended. Remove and let cool.
Step two, insert the eggs one at a time, stirring evenly. Enter the coconut milk while stirring until no clot.
Heat the mud cake mold on the fire that is, oil paint with a brush.
Pour the batter into the mold holes until almost full, close the mold and allow it to almost ripe.
Sprinkle raisins and give a few pieces of young coconut. Cover again and cook until done. Then remove from heat.
