Drink recipes that we will create this time is ice mixed with Soy Milk with kolang kaling.
The ingredients are:
Soy 200 grams, soaked for 6 hours
650 grams granulated sugar
3 cm ginger, roasted, peeled and crushed / ground
2 liters of water
Kolang kaling 75 grams, washing and cleaning
Green dye to taste
Shaved ice cubes to taste.
The steps of making are:
The first step kolang kaling mixed with dye, boiled until cooked. Remove and drain. Then kolang kaling split into 2 parts.
The next step, wash soybeans, mixed with 1 liter of water, then blend until smooth, then strain and cook until boiling.
The third step, mix 1 quart of water, sugar and ginger, boil until liquid is reduced slightly, then lift the filter. Mix the soymilk water with sugar water, bring to a boil.
The latter, set kolang kaling in a glass, pour the soy milk, add shaved ice cubes if desired. Serve. Good luck .... (for 10 cups)
