Gudeg is a traditional food recipes that comes from  Yogyakarta area. Recipes that we make on this occasion is Gudeg. Ingredients required are:

800 ml thick coconut milk
500 g young jackfruit
8 sheets of onion skin
1 / 2 whole chicken, cut into 4 parts
3 eggs, boiled
3 cm galangal, crushed
2 tsp coriander powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin powder
3 salam leaves
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons tamarind water
To be more clearly, look at how it's done:
Boil coconut milk with onion skins, chicken and jackfruit. Cook until boiling. Then enter the spice paste, salam leaves, galangal, coriander, ground cumin, tamarind water, brown sugar and salt, stirring until blended. Add the eggs, cook with small fire until the sauce has thickened and oily, remove and serve.
