Usually the curry dishes are made using only the meat, like chicken, beef or goat. But this time we tried to make Pare Curry Recipes.  
The ingredients used are:


300 grams pare young
100 grams of dried anchovies
600 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon flavoring (if liked)
3 tablespoons cooking oil

For the spice paste, the ingredients are:
3 cloves garlic
6 red onions
2 eggs hazelnut
2 cm turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander
3 cm galangal
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper grains


While I set it up is:
Soak anchovies in warm water for about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside. Pare cored, thinly sliced ​​and then knead  the Paré with salt. Rinse and drain. Then heat oil, saute until the spices are blended fragrant and anchovies also pare enter, mix well. Then add the coconut milk and seasonings, and cook until cooked and oily coconut milk, remove and serve.
